Just when I decided to quit school and run away with the candlestick maker, my favorite teacher told me he was, "relieved to find out I was applying to graduate school."
Unfortunately, I'm at a standstill in that whole process until ETS decides to get the LEAD OUT. All I want for Christmas is a couple GRE scores. Not really, I'd also fancy a pony. Or, actually... Save a pony. I want a cowboy. (Sorry, sorry. Jeff from Country Thunder just emailed me so I am in hardcore redneck mode. And, I left that wide open, so I don't need any comments from the peanut gallery.)
Something totally funny happened to Matt last night. Ah shit, I'll share. He procrastinated his punctuation test. Yes, there are "universities" out there that still test on punctuation. So, naturally he expected for me to do it. And I could have in about 6 minutes. But, he'd hang up to take another call every ten minutes or so, and I would stop taking it, with his clock counting. When he'd call back, we'd start again Finally we finished it with 20 minutes remaining on his timer, and I pressed "submit" and burst out laughing. Apparently the deadline was Virginia time, not Arizona time.
One final down, 5 to go.
