hey from london!
yesterday, my best friend sara was acutally in LONDON because she's going on a european tour and i got to hang out with her. it was so much fun. we had some problems trying to find each other (what did we do before cell phones?! ) but i eventually found her at the british museum. then we walked around and took crazy pictures. i miss her so much! then i showed her where i live, then we ate lunch at Nando's, a portugese chicken place. after that we went to westminster abbey and actually sat in on a worship service. it was beautiful- God is great! it was funny because we arent really catholic so we didnt know what all the standing and sitting was for. it was cool to experience it though. and sara's friend took a bootleg picture inside- you're not supposed to. haha then we went to marble arch and sat and relaxed. then we ate dinner at an indian restaurant...then i had to say goodbye. it was sad... i wish i could've gone with her or she could've stayed and gone to the club with us. she's crazy and so cool. luv ya sara!
today was an absolutely beautiful day!! i spent it with david, meghan, jen, and jamie. we went to the victoria and albert museum, which is by far the best one i've been to (even though it doesn't have famous people like monet and van gogh- it's the coolest stuff and really pretty), then we went to the natural history museum which is sooooo big that we only went to one part and then i got tired. uhm...then after dinner (which is this really good mac & cheese stuff they sell at sainesbury's), i went to the pub with some people to watch USA play England in SOCCER. we lost by 1. it was so close. (ok it really wasn't, but hey- we won the war. ha) then i came home and hung out with some people on the balcony, and now im gonna go watch fight club in the basement. not like i haven't seen that a million times. it's really not that great. i just like edward norton. alright well im really going to write in this everyday. sara inspired me! oh yeah- and laurie weistein is here! i gotta hang out with her before she leaves!alright well i'll talk to you later.
