The heat here is killing me.  The past few days it has been near 100, which doesn't give me too many options for going cycling.  I did manage a ride a couple of days ago where I rode for over 25 miles, but ended up cracking pretty hard after the first major climb.  After that climb, I struggled to make it back home.  The next day I followed that up ( Read more... )
