(no subject)
hey so its been a while since i updated, i donno y i never update, i check this thing everyday just dont feel like enough is going on in my life to update (well stuff that i can talk about anyways :) ).
so lets see... oh i bought a wah pedal so that rocks i love wah, it makes me so happy :) lol and i bought new strings, 1mm thinner than my previous. i donno if i like them, i mean they bend a bit easier and thats cool but they have a very noticable change in sound, u can hear the metalic twangy sound much more than the previous so that kinda sux. And of course it seems to start to be a trend every time i go to a guitar store of some sort i buy a tabulature book. This time i saw a book on joe pass and it had a cd in it so i HAD to get it cause hes one of my fav blues guitarists WOOT!
Ive been workin on "nobody knows you when your down and out" by clapton of course but i dont get to much time for guitar anymore cause im sooooo swamped with homework *sigh* . but its ok i guess, it will be worth it in the end (thats what they tell me at least). but anyways, its comming along ok i guess, im also working on "the unforgiven" by metallica and i have that down except for like half the solo but with everything it will come in time.
So yea things have been tolerable here, when your at RIT your never really happy you just get less sad. but me and katie have been chillin and that rox cause totally <3 hanging out with her. We are like the same person with very similar backgrounds and relate on like a million levels... plus shes like the only girl i know that has really good taste in music and girls that like good 70's and 80's classic rock are like rare as hell so... yea rock on.
other than that ive just been hanging out and doing homework after homework and once in a while going to the gym. i REALLY need to go home i miss jamming sooooo badly. maybe next weekend. maybe if i talk to iggy he would wanna come get me and we could all chill and such.
k well im off to play guitar and eat sunflower seeds ... GO LIFE!
on a final note.... im really looking forward to this weekend :oD
