I'm in the kitchen and smell like garlic
Well the painting (the bird project) pretty much flopped but I just sorta sanded it a bit so you can't see much of the painting and I'm going to try it again. I think this time too I may try something smaller. If I had my paints from home I would. But I'm pretty much almost out of white paint already, lol. So I think I may go for a different size. Maybe just one of the small side panels for starters. Sadly I haven't painted since school, which has been a year and a half and at that most of my compositions where in black and white. But I'm gonna keep trying it out. I need to develope my own style. I feel like I have so many random ones I need to pick out a few and really work on developing them. Anyhoo don't really have one yet for painting but I'll some more things out and see what we get.
Today was a holiday so I just ran errands and got caught up on a lot. I went grocery shopping and ran a few other errands, jammed my passbook in the atm (rather got my passbook jammed in the atm...took 1 and a half hours to get out), I've been cooking up a storm and preparing stuff to eat this week.
Lately I've been feeling pretty crappy and I think it's because I've been eating really crappy since I've come back. I've been rediculously lazy. Anyhoo, tryin' to get my self jump started again and trying to get excited about this new year. 2008 was a rough slice but has some 'clave' memories. Anyhoo I'm trying to get myself together and feet back on the ground and head on straight. Whooooooo. And with that I'm going to go check on my soup.
