Shaddup, Tummy!

I am still... 3 days later... having a MONSTROUS craving for a Swiss Cheeseburger with mushrooms.

To the point where I went to Weggies after Fencing and bought a pound of 90% lean beef, a basket(?) of Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms, a packet of sliced fat free Swiss Cheese, and whole grain sandwich rolls (which pissed me off; because I just wanted ONE FREAKIN' ROLL... not the 12 Sandwich Rolls in the less expensive Wegmans pack or the 8 Rolls in the more expensive Name Brand (Arnold) pack.  But Bulk rolls only had the crusty European Rolls, and they are just not suitable for a Burger.

Of course, after all that? I get home at 9:30; and I'm trying really hard to not eat after 9 (it should be after 8; but my schedule just won't let that fly).  The Craving has taken on a mind and spirit of its own; so i'm trying to stave it off for another night by snacking on some chips and Mango Peach Salsa. But I MUST HAVE the Burger!!! Not a cheesesteak sammich, or a Wendy's Cheddar Melt, or even a Swiss Burger sans Mushrooms... or steak with sauteed 'shrooms.  It MUST be a Swiss Burger w/mushrooms.

I don't know why. I didn't see or hear anything (other than smelling Burger at Red Robin) to put it in my mind.  It wasn't even writing about it today that sparked it; because its been there.

So here's what I'm guessing...
Hamburger. Beef. Red Meat (cause I like my burgs med rare pls thnx).  Usually I crave beef when I'm having a low iron episode; particularly around the time of my monthly.
Swiss Cheese. Dairy. Good source of Calcium, of course, and protein (as is the beef)
Baby Bellas (Porcinis). Apparently an excellent source of Niacin, and a good source of Potassium.
The bun i could care less about. it is merely the medium by which the swiss cheese, meat, and shroom are transferred from plate to mouth.

BUT, what i'm wondering is, since my body has acclimated to taking the Daily Supplements in my current lazy resting state; maybe now that I am slowly but deliberately adding more physical activity to my day and keeping a better watch on food intake I am craving because I am experiencing mild dietary deficiencies?  Either way, I have promised myself that I will have the much coveted burger tomorrow AFTER the gym, which will be directly after work.  I think a PBJ sammich for afternoon snackie might be in order for tomorrow.
