Strange Candy? Strange Candy?! What kind of a title is that?!

It's been around for almost a year, I think...she announced the short story collection a while back, with that title attached. I have no idea how or even if it relates to the actual content. Perhaps it's meant to "roll on the tongue like candy", so very, very many things tend to do in her books.
