copy to semagic folder
mshtml.dll
shdoclc.dll
shdocvw.dll
shlwapi.dll
urlmon.dll
wininet.dll
In wine options select each library and add override (navite,builtin)
I just checked and everything works.

wininet is not required, riched32 and riched20 are required for autospellchecking to work in html mode.

msxml3.dll and msxml3r.dll are required to work with blogger
