I had my interview today. I was so nervous. I bought a pack of Polos this morning and I was popping them like candy. Which I guess they kind of are…anyway, it went fine and I feel okay about my assessment overall. :D Oh, and for those who care, I wore slacks with a blouse.
Had class this morning, also, and we talked about early film comedies and their reflection of a changing American and all that. There was a screening of Charlie Chaplin’s “Modern Times” this afternoon, too, and that was cool. Surprisingly good for a silent film!
I’ve been really tired today, especially this afternoon. I didn’t sleep particularly well last night. Not sure why, really, nothing to keep me awake. But my mind just wouldn’t shut off. Ah, well.
Worked a little more on my Huck Finn paper. It’s coming along all right, though I think it may be a bit difficult to fill out 2000 words. But maybe not.
Spaghetti and corn tonight. I need to restock my spaghetti and sauce, and my veg for that matter. Maybe go shopping tomorrow. Or maybe not.
