Happy 2008 all! Hope everyone is doing well. :)
Had a great Christmas with my sister and her family. They flew off today and it's kind of quiet and lonely here without them. My niece is adorable and a total genius.
Received pretty amazing news yesterday: I got second place Crossover Vid in the Stargate Music Video Awards for my Sam/Rodney vid "Hello"! I am floored, really floored. And I'm seriously pleased at second because first was the absolutely amazing "Animal" by bookwormprinces.
Go back to school in a little over a week and I can't quite figure out if I'm ready or not. Sometimes I'm really homesick for it (I keep calling it 'home'; it's very odd) and sometimes I wish I could stay with my parents a bit longer. Ah, well. It'll be good. :) Plus, I will be reunited with my awesome roomie who I miss so much.
