Hey Guys,
It's not the first time I have posted or given advice to others but this time I have an issue that I wanted some advice on. Recently I purchased a Sacremento Weeping Dwarf Crape Myrtle (Lagerstoemia 'Chopin Series'-Sacremento). I love the natural styling on the specimen that I got but have decided to hold off on repotting it until next year. In that vein however I can't seem to find much in my bonsai library on care for crape myrtles' in general. Light level, soil type and/or PH, care, pest suseptibility, water or feeding . . . even online I haven't been able to find much. I thought I would ask for advice from everyone here, (esp. from anyone who has tried to raise one before) all advice is welcome though. FYI on climatic conditions, I live in Louisiana. If anything else would help render a verdict, just ask and I will let you know. Unfortunately I don't have a camera or scanner yet but if/when if survives long enough I will post a picture once it's how I want it (right now I am just jazzed by the potential that I can see in it for the future). Thanks guys, I know you won't let me down.
