Identity accounts can now post in communities

Since release 79 has been out, identity account users can post entries in communities. This has to be reflected in English versions of FAQs. I have already updated Russian versions of  #231, #283, #314, #318 FAQs. I also updated Russian FAQ #11 so it indicates that all account types, even identity ones, have to confirm their email before many functions become available to them.

I tried to search for other FAQs which need updating on the subject, but it seems that aforementioned ones are all that had to be freshen up. If you find other outdated FAQs mentioning identity accounts, please tell me via PM or in a comment on this entry.
