Subject icons
I mentioned something about this in learn-support on 2011-01-02. I don't know of any documentation that discusses subject icons when commenting. FAQ #6 could have a spot added to it. If not that one maybe FAQ#62 could list it as a comment option. It may seem small, but I think that documenting this feature is important.
