90 days limitation on next/previous entries

The next/previous button only works if there is an entry within ninety days of the current one. As far as I know it's a performance limitation. Could FAQ 70 be updated with this information?

(I could have sworn that I'd seen it in an FAQ somewhere, but I can't find it now).
