Pasting formatted text into RTE does not work with all browser/OSes
FAQ222 states that "If you paste an entry from an external application (such as a word processing program) into the Rich Text Editor, the Rich Text Editor will automatically insert HTML markup to preserve the formatting." However, it doesn't always work. For example:
* Pasting formatted text from a Word document/any Rich Text editor using Firefox on Mac OSX doesn't seem to work at all: http://dev.fckeditor.net/ticket/218
* Pasting formatted text from WordPad using Firefox on Windows doesn't work (but Open Office does; Word probably does as well)
I suggest we add a disclaimer, noting that it may depend upon the browser used and the operating system.
