S2 FAQs 169, 170, and 171

There's a couple of S2 FAQs that need updating:

In the second paragraph, Opal (Libra OSWD) needs to be added as one of the paid account styles.

Both Digital Multiplex (OSWD) and Opal (Libra OSWD) need to be added to the list of styles that support Link Lists.
