ljcomint directory required by ljcom stuff?

When trying to update ljcom code (or run cvsreport.pl, period), the ljcomint warning always comes up: Subversion directory 'ljcomint' doesn't exist under /home/lj/cvs. Re-run vcv with --checkout for me to automatically get it for you.
Running that including the path to the multicvs.conf file doesn't help any. I thought adding the conditional question mark after ljcomint filenames in my multicvs-local.conf would do it, but no joy. Ideas?

The ljcom checkout is purely a local dev install - nothing sinister or for production site use. :)

ljcom, livejournal, repositories, bugs, svn
