• Subject lines in system layouts now link to the entry page (on the Recent Entries page, Friends Page, Day View (every page that can display multiple entries). eta: Known issues in A Sturdy Gesture, Nebula, and The Boxer.

The guys at Piximix designed some very cute themes for us, each one featuring an original character of theirs. Pixipets Death and Kaboom Bros Graffiti are available to all users, and can be found under the layout Mixit. Paid/Perm users also have access to Piximix Appley, Piximix Limey, Piximix Orange, Pixipets Cats, Pixipets Panda, and Pixipets ( Read more... )

We just released Mixit, which is really the same as Expressive except for one thing - while Expressive is ported-over Vox themes, Mixit has themes that are specific to LJ, that will only be available on LJ. We chose the name Mixit because it will be a mix of various layouts (some will be cute, some will be dark, some will be clean, etc. etc ( Read more... )

Who *doesn't* want their LJ to look good? The designs on Vox (Six Apart's other personal blogging service) are now also available on LiveJournal for users with Paid (&Permanent), Plus, or Early Adopter accounts. You can select Expressive as your layout on the Customize page, and choose from the variety of designs from the themes drop-down menu. ( Read more... )
