As of about 7:30 this morning, I am back on the healthy eating bandwagon. I've been trying to kick myself in the butt for about a year now, and nothing has clicked! But friday night, I think I finally found my inspiration

I'm back into working out (slacked BIG time after we got married) My goal is to get back down to 140 lbs & I'm pretty motivated right now! Usually I'm all about running on the treadmill because it's easier on my knees ... but the last 3 days I've ran outside & it's awesome! Plus the weather makes it 100x's better. My thighs, calves ... everything hurts ... but it's a good pain (like ok, I've actually worked out these muscles) Plus, as of last night, I have my weekly workout regimen ... I'll post more in my journal instead of highjacking yours!
For my brother's wedding 3 years ago, I ran 5-6 days a week (3 miles a day) and really watched what I ate ... and let me tell you, I also watched the weight drop ... and fast! I lost 15 lbs in 6 weeks, which goes to show you what hard work, motivation & determination can do :)
Don't get me wrong, I'm not all about eating healthy 24/7 ... I need to indulge every once in a while too. Hence my cheeseburger for dinner last night! Otherwise we'd go completely insane! :)
