My 'new' G5 Mac came with an older version of Photoshop, which I had no idea how to use (and was a little intimidated by). I asked one of my coworkers in the graphics department about it, and she recommended Adobe's Classroom in a Book, which I immediately requested from interlibrary loan. Jackpot!
