Since I needed to go to the Post Office this morning, I decided it was a good time to visit Amelia's Garden, which is around the corner from it. There were lots of tulips, crabapple & cherry trees, and even lilacs in bloom. Since I'm too lazy to do a whole 'nother post (and have a dozen things to do before I leave for Beltane festival), you can go see the post on my photo blog instead. *g*

On the way back, I stopped at the memorial park, where I found the above tulips. That's a post for another day. There was a man walking his dogs (a collie and a sheltie) so I got some doggie love, too. They were sweeties. We had collies when I was younger; they're such nice dogs.

Of course, right after I got home the sun came out, but that's OK. I had a nice walk, and time to get my grocery shopping and various other errands done.

I've decided to make a non-alcoholic version of the Beltane Punch, with a pomegranate twist. And strawberries were on sale! Yay, Beltane. :)
