Not technically behind, as such
NaNo-ing took a hit today, as after work and a bunch of other things good and bad, I finally sat myself down only for my laptop to decide to malfunction. It's done the thing with constantly typing "eeeee" all by itself before, but never this bad through this many reboots.
I finally had to go write on the old desktop machine, which has its own set of issues. Got enough done to stay above par, but only because I had a bit of a cushion, which this mostly ate. Cross about that, but after next to no sleep a couple nights ago and with being in a rather foul mood now, I think going to bed is a much better use of my time than trying to force another 1000 words or so.
The laptop seems to be behaving itself now, but who knows what it'll do next time. The acquisition of new hardware is *not* what I need to be dealing with in the middle of NaNo, but not doing it may be a worse choice.
