My labmates backed out of the bowling expedition yesterday but Mike and I still went to SM North to play. I did terribly. I'm not good at the sport to begin with, but I was worse than usual. I tried to go jogging in UP last Friday with my labmates but after a short jog from AS to Educ, my knee started to hurt horribly. It wasn't some muscle ache or cramp - it felt like pinched nerve or like the cartilage/joint/cushioning that prevented my bones from rubbing against each other slipped out of place.
