Apologies and Farewells
We fly back to Vancouver somewhere around midnight tonight. The last few weeks have been a whirlwind of food and socialisation and blessed summer warmth.
It's been great, and I'm so glad to have caught up with everyone I did. There are a number of you I didn't manage to catch, for which I am very sorry! Next time I'll have to start arranging things before we get over here, since I found I just didn't have the energy once I got here.
Hoping it won't take too long to readjust to sub 10C temperatures and constant drizzle after all this sunshine.
