1. Go to your desktop and press the Print Screen key (located to the right of the F12 key).
2. Open a graphics program (like Picture Manager, Paint, or Photoshop) and do a Paste (CTRL + V).
3. Post the picture on your blog. You can also give a short explanation on the look of your desktop if you want. You can explain why you prefer such a look or why it is full of icons. Things like that.
4. Tag five of your friends and ask them to give you a Free View of their desktops as well.
It's Melanie (as if you expected anything less). I don't like a lot of clutter, so it just has the basics on the desktop. There's a shortcut to fic I'm working on, my book list, a random doc that tells me where I'm up to on Freecell and is used as storage for random info like addresses before I write them in the book. There's also stuff for my holiday that I'm working on and/or that needs printing.
