(no subject)
Last night was Matt's last show at rock104. I'd come up with the idea of chalking Matt's car, so Alli, Waxlax and I went shopping at Walmart. We got that and then went in search of something else funny to ambush him with. Then I spotted it: a gorgeus pink feather boa. SCORE! Running around the toy section was fun, and Alli and I just couldn't resist these horses:
So then we zoomed (as fast as Waxlax would go, of course) over to campus and chalked Matt's car (sorry the picture kinda sucks, no one knows how to use my camera...lol):
Alli and I were planning on just entering the code on the left side of the building, but as we were walking by two ladies came out of the right side, so we just ran in and took the elevator. We snuck around the corner, but he wasn't even in the studio. So we ran in and hid under the desk. Finally he came in and we jumped out and surprised him. He had been in the production studio and two kids came to the glass doors and said: "Hey, are you Matt Irons?" lol. So he was talking to his groupies and gave them free CDs. Hence the delay/empty studio. He wore the boa beautifully and we spent the next hour chatting with him and listening to him answer calls from people sad to hear that he was leaving. *tear*
Finally at 10:55, he did his final break and said goodbye to everyone. Alli and I made sad faces at each other. And that was that. The next DJ came in to do her shift, he walked out and gave us all hugs and then we took off before he had a change to go downstairs and see the damage we'd done to his car. Muwahaha. Apparently no one honked... that makes me sad. lol.
Afterwards Richard and I studied forever. We definitely bonded last night... haha. Luckily we have another class together in the Fall (and will probably keep having classes together since I'm switching my outside concentration to Poly Sci), so we won't lose touch this time! I had waaaay too much fun last night, even though I was studying! And his roommate Brian seems to be just as delightful. He has a very nifty room with a single red wall. I'm jealous.

Liz, Waxlax and Scafidi. I think they should have just evicted Todd and let me sublet this summer. LOL.
I'll miss my ff-219 boys.
