Watched the first four episodes of Queer as Folk with Shylie this afternoon. Now I'm addicted.
But it made me really miss Talk Soup. Did anyone else watch that back in the day? I was in LOVE with John Henson and sooooo sad when he left the show (nooo.. my favorite skunk-boy!). I was highly disgruntled and the new host was going to suffer the wrath of Liz. But then the ever-adorable Hal Sparks took the job as host and I was left to swoon. That's right; before QaF, before "I love the 80's", before the Hal Sparks band, Hal was the host of Talk Soup. He wasn't John, but he was damn funny and cute too! Then he left to act on QaF, Aisha Tyler took the hosting job and I lost interest. Apparently America did as well, because soon after the show was canceled. *tear* I bet I have some episodes on tape somewhere at home... I'll have to search when I'm home.
Started my paper at Starbucks with Richard. Realized that he and I need to hang out much more, because we always end up talking for hours. Amazing how much changes in a year!
