In the past week, Mishy and I have had three meals together. Combined, those three meals have lasted for a total of 9 hours. That's what happens when you and your best friend are too busy to hang out for a month. You have four-hour long lunches. lol. And we're having lunch again tomorrow. Probably going out for drinks later that night =)
In a similar catagory, I've been spending a lot of time with Dalia, Shelcie and Valerie, as Dalia graduates and leaves Gainesville this week. It's weird to think that after this week, Dalia and I will never be roommates again. After being roommates for three years, it's a strange concept to me. Best random roommate pairing ever! Thank you, Lakeside! It'll just be so strange to be in Gainesville without her.
Shelcie's leaving for vacation tomorrow, since she's taking summer classes. Dalia leaves on Thursday. So Dalia, Shelcie, Valerie and I went to dinner at Chili's. Valerie and I ordered drinks and Dalia ordered an Awesome Blossum. Our waiter sucked, and we never got the onion. Guess he completely forgot. Service generally sucked, but the company didn't! To make up for our lack of appetizer, we got a Lava Cake instead. Insanely hilarious moment as Dalia and I were singing Build Me Up Buttercup, but stopped and yelled: "LAVA CAKE!" as soon as we saw the waiter come around the corner carrying it. Oh man. We also did our own rendition of "Lava Cake" to the tune of "Lollipop." And we were sober.
I will miss that girl immensely.
