bravo nights.
Thanks Rachael Ray, for a lovely, lovely dinner tonight.
Tonight was Bravo night at Devin's. I made Rosemary/Balsamic Vinegar Chicken (via RR recipe) which turned out beautiful, plus a gorgeous organic mixed greens, red and green bell pepper and feta cheese salad. Devin resurrected a recipe from our middle school Home Economics class (if only macroeconomics were as fun) for the Red Lobster biscuits (a specialty of mine as well. Thanks Ms. Foley!). Then for dessert, I used another RR recipe for fresh strawberries and vanilla pudding shortcake.
Yummm. Oh-so-full.

Devin: "If she could make that cinnamon/apple shit though... put it on a cracker and you have a perfect Jewish Christmas snack."
Liz: "... I don't think it would be a Jewish Christmas snack."
Devin: "Shutup!!!"
My two stories for INsite are finally almost done, despite uncooperative contacts for businesses that are basically advertising in our magazine. Tomorrow is my last reporting lab, which is all extra credit anyway. I received an extra 15 points for getting published again. Things are looking up!
My hands smell like strawberries.
