I´m procrastinating
As university is a little more liberal than the schoolsystem, all my courses just seem to slow down and just somehow just trickle this time of the year. The lecturers want to go on vacation as well. The last essays are handed in, the last presentations held - only my law course is still hovering threateningly above my head. Oral exam on criminology this thursday. And don´t anybody dare to ask what a cultural scientist is supposed to do with criminologist knowledge!
Students of our faculty have to study abroad for a while, or do an internship in another country. All my friends went this last semester, to sweden, russia and whiterussia. Over the past three week they all came back and we´re facing some serious bad vibrations here: They are all in different states of counter-cultureshock, they have all changed some, all of them really need full attention and support and cannot give it to each other. I hope these problems will be solved, or just subside... :-(
The weather is grand, as it has been all summer. Of course it is more continental over here then in Kiel. Bad for the crops, though.
Now. I will. Go. And work.
