This is a great loss. I'm rather sad I never got a chance to meet her. She will be greatly missed. Go in peace, Great Lady, and may the Great Bird of the Galaxy gather you under his wing.
Saw Quantum of Solace last night - really liked it. I enjoy the new Bonds rather a lot. Gritty, continuity driven, not a lot of gagets - it's a whole new series, really. And I like them equally well for different reasons. That and new!M ROCKS MY TINY WORLD.
Speaking of things I'm watching - working my way through a rewatch of Babylon 5, and just started S2. Have a lot of thoughts about it, but I'll get to that later, in another post, maybe.
And I'll also be doing a full post on THIS TRAVESTY that has pissed me right the hell off. For now please go HERE for more information on the campaign to let Paramount know what a GIGANTIC and OFFENSIVE mistake they're making, and to get more people aware and involved (which is badly needed - I'm kind of appalled how little play this has gotten on my f'list, considering the number of Avatar fans I *KNOW* are on there).
