Reflections on Change
New Years Eve Reflections: Over the last year, did things go pretty much as you'd expected or planned, or did your life take a significant, unexpected turn? Overall, was it a good year or one that you want to put behind you as fast as you can?
Much change has occurred in my life within the last year. I now am married with a wonderful husband who is the man I have wished for all my life. We had a beautiful wedding and we are now expecting a child in the coming year, all of which has given me nothing but happiness and excitement, and granted, perhaps a bit of anxiety as I have never been a mother.
Edmond and Albert are attempting to repair their relationship, which I am excited and thankful for because it cannot be easy for either of them to work at as they do not always get along and they have betrayal in their past.
I am looking forward to the next year as well. I cannot wait to meet our child for I know that he or she will be beautiful. Edmond will make a great father and I know he shares both my excitement and apprehension about the situation.
