So the house is pretty much mine, they agreed to all the fixes! On April 30th I will be a home owner.
I earned my home, it wasn't given to me by my parents or anything like that. I qualified for the loan on my own (which actually was help from my parents since they did the majority of building my credit) but I have the money for the down payment that I made on my own and got everything done the way I wanted too :D
