Maybe I won't be a home owner
So I got the inspections done and it had 2 major issues. The majority of the siding needed to be replaced and all the siding needed to have the nail holes covered and the whole house needs to be painted. Then the AC system is in far worst shape then I originally thought, I thought it was old but I didn't know it was rusted and leaking and that the part outside was far too small for the house. So I sent them the whole list if fixes and pretty much if they argue them which I am sure they will then I told my agent to say to their agent to refund my 500 earnest money and that they should find another buyer.
