Where the docks were once bight with merchant carts and the sounds of song and people there were now burned out shells of ship-hulls, torched pylons that crumbled into the sea, soot and ash and ruin. Arya remembered that day, so far away now, when a fortune-teller had taken her hand and told her that change was to come to her life. She could almost laugh. Almost.
