It all started when I saw the Zyliss manual food processor in a Bed Bath and Beyond catalog. I like the idea of using my own power to chop things up but also having it go a lot faster. So I have finally used the castle-shaped pan I described before. I used a bundt cake recipe I had for a chocolate zucchini cake with orange zest and cinnamon in it. The problem with non-stick pans is that they have to be replaced periodically. Oh, yeah, and something about poisons.

My pan has suddenly started to stick, so I guess it's time to replace it. After only about fifteen years! Since non-stick pans never last that long, I am not allowed to complain.
