Snowwww!! Ah, i do love it. What is it about snow that turns everyone into big kids again? Or is that just me, ha?? went round to lynne's last night - should add that i walked, wearing about half the contents of my wardrobe, at the insistence of my bloody mother - and we went round her back green and made a snowlady (very pc) who we christened Jemima and decorated rather fetchingly with flowers and my scarf. we posed for photos with Jemima then made snow angels then wrote our names in the snow with sticks. funtimes!!!
lynne's block of flats is full of old dears so they were probably twitching their curtains thinking "who in god's name are those ruffians in the back green wrecking the joint?!" bless. the snow was sooo deep man, totally funky, it was almost up to my knees. anyway we went in and watched 10 things i hate about you (and i got a bit teary when she reads out her poem at the end, thinking of wull. sad cow) and ate our bodyweights in pringles and dip. heaven.
got an unexpected supply call at 10 past 8 this morning for my old school which is just along the road so that was good. nice wee class of primary 1's. the teacher was off ill so theres a chance they might phone me back tomorrow, fingers crosed. and im booked in for a day on thursday at a school in coatbridge so woop.
