Mr. President
Barack Obama was sworn into office today. Look at how far we've come. SERIOUSLY. It wasn't so long ago when people were segregated and unequal. Today, one of my heroes' dream came true. Somewhere up in heaven, Martin Luther King Jr. is being congratulated and sharing hi-fives. Today really was something. A man from an "average" background (just like you and I) became the leader of the free world. He wasn't a trust fund kid and nobody (that I know of) from his family has ever taken office. Today, Obama truly emboddied and proved that with hard work, hope, and faith people, anything is possible.
Never will I doubt other people's capabilities, nor my friends', nor my family's. Never will doubt my own dreams and asprirations.
Congratulations Mr. President. Thank for ushering in a new era. An era hope that EVERYTHING is possible.

I'm currently packing for San Diego. I'll be going to back to SDSU tomorrow. Who knows what will happen down the road? I'm going to let God handle it, and just enjoy the ride.
