For some strange reason, some people are under the impression that I visit the gym often.
Perhaps that was back during the time when I was not all that loose and flabby.
The truth is that I have not stepped into a gym or had any group fitness class until last Wednesday.
The gym near my home is having some promotion, so I decided to join for 2 months on their package deal.
I never liked the idea of exercising indoors.
I always felt that running on a treadmill was like a hamster running on their little wheel.
But now I am totally into the gym routine. I enjoy my classes so much that I go almost everyday.
Sometimes I join the group fitness class and sometimes I just do my own thing on the treadmill.
I guess it is just something else I look forward to outside work.
I even love waking up at 6 in the morning to do my exercise routine before work.
This is my little psychotic indulgence. ;\
My hard disk crashed a couple of weeks back.
I lost some photographs,mp3s and personal stuff.
I was upset for a while.
As ridiculous as it sounds, I feel like a part of my life crashed with my computer.
I think a lot of people out there will be able to empathize.
Somehow our memories and personal possessions are becoming more digital.
I know of another 2 friends whose computer crashed around the same time as mine.
My deepest condolences.
I am still waiting on a music CD that my dear friend promised to send me.
Here I am, ageing gracefully as I await its arrival.
Before I forget, if you are reading this: HAPPY BIRTHDAY MICHAEL!
