Offer: I will draw a picture, to your specifications, of one or two characters from any fandom I am familiar with. An exhaustive list would take far too much space, but here are a few that come to mind: Cowboy Bebop, Firefly, Last Exile, Twin Peaks, MirrorMask, Kabuki, Sandman, FF (7,8,10,12), Xenosaga, His Dark Materials, HP, The Prince of Nothing, Perdido Street Station, Ouran Host Club, Bleach, Utena
Feel free to ask about any others, as it's quite possible I've heard of them. I'd rather not draw for something I'm not a fan of, because then I don't care about the picture as much and it ends up sucking. :/
Pictures can be of 1 or 2 characters. In the case of a fandom that has pets (like Ein in CB), the pet can be included without counting as one of the 2 characters, so you can have up to 2 characters and a pet. Couples are fine, but there will be no pr0n. Snuggles, hand-holding, or a kiss on the cheek is allowed. You pick the characters, the setting, and what's going on. I draw it.

I am not so good with color backgrounds, so there you go. It's one or the other. ^_^;
