Offer: 20 icons of your choice, subject to my ability and style but highly negotiable in terms of format (ie: "Something grungy for ____ fandom"; "A songset to ____ song"; "I love blue exclusion layers and light textures!"; "I hate blue exclusion layers, never use them"; etc).
I'm open to most fandoms out there, including ones I wasn't aware existed, but the fandoms I'm most familiar with are listed in the tags. If you want your icons to not just be pretty pictures, though, and you're working with a fandom I don't know, please give me some kind of canon, even your canon, which is probably more important.
I will also make stock icons and can use stock to reference book characters (ie, "can you find me a redhead and a blonde kissing -- I'm a Ginny/Luna shipper?"). Also, given proper search terms (title, actors names, etc) I will look for the base photos for you. I work exclusively with PS CS3, on an iMac (everything will be PC compatible, of course).
Here's a sample of recent work:

Offer #2: 1 header of your choice. This can be fandom, stock, some text on a color with a pretty piece of clip art. Whatever! The same rules for my icons apply to this project: you can give me as much or as little artistic freedom as you like, and I will take on fandoms that I don't know. I can also go so far as to find the pictures and/or quotes if you need me to, again however you'll have to provide the search terms if I'm not familiar with it.
This can be substituted for a wallpaper, userinfo graphic, banner, or fic cover if you like. I can also make image maps, provided with the links and where, generally, you'd like them to be placed.
This offer does not include implementation of the header, because you can find cut-paste codes for that almost anywhere, and honestly I would have to be able to access your journal to do it...which is the only reason! I'll be more than glad to help you find an appropriate tutorial though.

Offer #3: Coding help. Having trouble with your layout? Have no idea what it means to make something xhtml compliant? Baffled at the concept of a "fake cut"? Have an image map that isn't working? Simply want a beta for your next website? I can do all of these. I really, really love coding.
I'm not offering to do the work for you, merely edit bad code, check back doors and do some tutoring. However, if you want to go ahead and bid over $45, I will write your code for you (to the best of my ability: I am not a WYSIWYG editor, but I do have extensive google-fu and a lot of fun doing this).
Note: I take no responsibility for bandwidth problems, server issues, etc. Also, I work primarily in html/xhtml and css. I can use my google powers on any javascript issues you might also be having, but I'm not going to promise everything will work correctly if you've got your page covered in flash widgets.

Delivery: Because of the "rush delivery" of the other two offers, and because I'm a double-major working on an additional certification and at a retail store, this one will be done by the end of September/beginning of October. Probably, though, it'll get done faster than that, because staring at code legitimately makes me happy. If you have an immediate need, let me know: we'll talk.

Bonus: Should the bid go over $45, I'll write code for you.
