Er, I believe you should wait until one minute past midnight on July 15th to declare the lucky winner(s) of your auction - unless, of course, there's a Buy It Now!-price that someone offered right away.

Frankly, delighted as I'd be to win this, I'm fairly sure someone else will place a higher bid than $5 before the end of all auctions.

Ok, then. I wasn't sure since I've seen all these posts marked sold.

So, bidding is still open then. Sorry. I've never been part of an auction before.

Assuming you received my confirmation of payment ... might you be willing to participate in the next round of springkink (whenever that may be) and pick up at least a few Transformers-prompts there instead of having me come up with ten prompts for drabbles?

The thing is - well, I'm not that big a Transformers-fan, but I'm an enthusiastic participant of springkink and last time around, a lot of Transformers-prompts went unclaimed. Thus, when I spotted your offer, it seemed a great way to kill two birds with one stone (i.e. donate to charity and increase the number of Transformers-writers at springkink by one).

I hadn't realized I'd recieved confirmation until. It got caught in my Forwards filter.

But yes, I'll join springkink. How does it work though? I join and they send me a list of prompts? I don't see any listed anywhere. *feels stupid*

Ah no - sorry, I should have explained a bit better.

At some point in the future, there'll be a post in springkink asking for people to submit prompts for the next round. (The last one ran in June, so I'm hoping the next round will be soon-ish.) Prompt-submission generally lasts 1-2 weeks, after which a list of prompts is created and posted, with the option for people to 'claim' them for ficlets.

Right now, all you'd be able to do is join the com. (If you'd like, I could comment back here when the prompt-submission post is there - that generally includes a FAQ too.)

Just now requested to join. I've been tracking that community for a while anyways. I'll keep an eye out for that post so there's no need for you to comment here with it.

I also hope it is soon. *is looking forward to it*
