Offer: I will turn your ideas or art into a wordpress theme.
I've been webmaster at Girl-Wonder.org for two years, and nearly all the wordpress blogs there have been customized by me to some extent. My design skills are only moderate, but I can implement the ideas and art of others.
You would provide the wordpress install, and hosting space for any images. I provide a theme package, (templates and css) written to your specifications.

Delivery: I will start on your theme as soon as the bids close, but I will be seeking feedback from you as I go to ensure satisfaction. Your theme could be done as early as the end of July, but I will endeaver to complete it by the end of August at the latest.
