Offered: A Very Tangible Fic
This is exactly the same as the other listing you'll find if you click on my seller tag. I really like the idea, is the thing, and anyway this is a good cause.
I would ideally like the two auctions to go to two different winners.
Offer: This auction is for a piece of fiction and a series of care packages both. I will write, to your prompt, a story no shorter than 5000 words. You will receive this story in instalments by post, and each instalment will come in a package containing objects that pertain in some way to the part of the story included in it. These could be home-made baked goods, books, accessories, stationery, and whatever else you and I can think of. They might be objects mentioned in your story or that connect in some way to its fandom or theme, and I promise they will all be awesome.
I will work with whatever prompt you give me, and I think this format would be pretty awesome with an epistolary fic, though I'll do anything else as well. I do not generally write above about an R rating. I can write original fiction if you'd like (examples are in my journal), and can work with the following fandoms: anything P G Wodehouse, Tamora Pierce's Alanna books, A Series of Unfortunate Events (books only), Harry Potter (books or films), Good Omens, History Boys (film, but I'll read the play if that's what you'd prefer), and most Aesthetic and Decadent literature -- if you'd like an Oscar Wilde or Huysmans fic, I can do that. If your fandom isn't listed, feel free to contact me and see whether I'm familiar with it. I'm willing to read or watch just about anything for the purposes of this auction.
