Paycom are stupid useless twunts!!
I need a bit of advice on something, as I'm sure this is breaking some kind of law?
I have a paysite, and the billing company I use is paycom.
When I signed up to the site, a contract has to be signed and then they send it to you to sign and send back. When mine was sent, my RIGHT email address was crossed out and a wrong one was put next to it. So I emailed my paycom guy(everyone has a different one) and told him about it, giving him the right email address and even spelling it out to him.
I thought everything was fine and dandy then!
Until my site was finished and I wondered why I hadn't got any members, wondered what was wrong with the site etc. So I logged into my paycom login thing, and saw I had actually got members, I just hadn't got emails about it like I was supposed to.
So I emailed paycom and they told me that my paycom guy(lets call him twunt for short eh?) had got my email address wrong AGAIN! Even though all twunt had to do was copy and paste it, I even bloody spelt it out so it was nice and simple for him!
I complained to paycom then, asking how he could get it wrong when I copy and pasted it and spelt it out for him, but didn't really get a reply, only telling me it was changed. So then I thought that was the end of it!
But nooo, every time I add a new price for my website, the same happens again... I don't get emails about new members as the email address is wrong!
Which means that now, at least THREE times, personal details have been sent to the wrong person.
When someone joins, I get emailed all these details:
Full name
Email address
Phone number
Member name
Password
The customers billing address.
So someones billing address and full name has been sent to the wrong people, as well as login details for my website.
Doing it once is okay a mistake I guess, but more than 3 times?
Isn't it illegal or something for someones billing address and full name to be sent somewhere they're not supposed to be?
I've now emailed paycom complaining about the guy, and I hope he looses his job, or at least ends up not being my little paycom helper guy anymore! I want someone who knows what they're doing damnit!!
Sooo is what they're doing illegal? Is there anything else I can do? *angry*
