back at the academy for term 2. leaves fall and are swept away by wind, snow falls and is melted by the sun, rain falls and its soaked up by the earth, and then it starts all over again. Always, time sweeps away the things which fall at its feet. And so it is with people and our contact with one another. It takes effort for that last leaf to cling to a blade of tattered grass while a strong eastern wind carries away the rest of its brown dry cousins. And so it goes when we fall the wind sweeps us back up again and it takes quite a strong effort to cling to one another as time and distance grows it only gets harder, requiring great strength and even great feelings, emotions, and efforts. But eventually we have to let go.

anyway, happy new year if you read this, happy new year if you dont....

"He had a watch and he forgot to wind it, thus it stopped. When he went to go make it work again he tried everything the experts told him except following his gut instinct of winding it. it never ran quite the same again. His intervention outside the minimal was what ruined it. Nature is perfect, why do we mess with it. "
