I'm old. at least it's starting to show. when the guys in my family turn 40 they balloon out like a limbaugh. Can this be stopped? I'm petrified about feeling old. Looking old never really bothered me, but when a flight of stairs starts giving me second thoughts, It's time to make some changes. It's time to formally drop the smoking, regardless of the people around me that are used to the amiable, easygoing and mellow person that they've become used to. It's about me this time.
