Weird Confessions
I have a couple of confessions to make.
#1. One of my guilty pleasures (besides AAR's "Dirty Little Secret") is:
Criss Angel: Mindfreak
I don't know if I believe all the stuff he does, but he has a way of sucking you into the TV. Maybe it's the eyeliner? O_o
#2. I have had at least one paranormal experience (possibly 2) in my lifetime.
Several years ago (before Amie was born), I was spending the night in my old bedroom at my mom's house. For as long as I can remember, even back to my childhood, I have had a problem going to sleep at night. That night, I was lying in my bed looking at the ceiling. Suddenly, I was aware of something moving very fast rushing from below my feet towards my head. As it quickly passed my face, I saw the distorted, transparent face of a person, and then it quickly vanished over my head. What was really strange to me is that I didn't feel afraid. It felt as if it had passed through me. The next morning, I learned that there had been a fatal car crash not very far from the house. I have always believed that what I saw was the spirit/soul of the person who died just passing through.
Tonight, my thoughts and prayers go out to everyone anywhere on the gulf coast in the path of Hurricane Rita. Stay safe.
