We saw a piece about this website, Craigslist, on a show the other day. The site is run by this guy named Craig (duh!). They have thousands of nationwide listings for just about anything you can imagine. The ads are nothing like the usual classified ad section in your local newspaper. We are slowly becoming addicted to the Miami site. I've applied for several slightly odd, but interesting jobs and we are also looking at the ads for apartments.
Thankfully, we are only getting scattered storms from the outer bands of Hurricane Rita. We are currently under a tornado warning, but other than that, things have not gotten too bad.
