Yes, it's nice that a lot of products are going "green". Even the packaging the doll came in used recycled materials and no plastic. The plushie was tied down with cotton rope instead of those annoying plastic twisties.
I'm still reading The Mysterious Benedict Society, since it's about 500 pages and I only read a couple chapters a day. I'm surprised at how good it is...and even more surprised that I didn't hear about it until now! The second book in the series is already out, and there are more in the works, I believe. I think you would like it, Emily. :)
